Roberto,
The Apt. we arranged through you was spectacular. The
location was a block from the Duomo. The Apt.was
spacious, clean , fully equipped with stove, frigde,
Microwave, freezer, washing machine and a stand to dry
the clothes outside,iron,and air conditioning.
We loved the terrace that looked towards the Square
and onto all the red tiled roofs. We had a lot of meals
sitting outside enjoying the views and planning our
next adventure in the wonderful city of FLorence. We
were able to walk most places. The grocery stores were
not that far.
The arrangements we made to meet the owner was a very
smooth transaction.We e-mailed a few times . He
answered all our inquiries. He made arrangements for us
to pick up the keys from his dad at the apt., as he
was on holiday. The transaction couldn't have gone
smoother.
We would recommend this place to anyone. It sleeps up
to 7-8 people. It would be crowded for that many. But
for the two of us it was perfect.I could see a family
with two children being accomodated there quite
nicely. The price was reasonable.
If we were to go back to Florence we would not want to
stay anywhere else but there.
You can certainly use this recommendation for others,
as I know other peoples opinions helped us in
choosing places to stay.
Ciao
Happy Holidays
Elaine

Dear Roberto
Apartment A800 (23/10 - 28/10/06)
As an organisation, we were impressed with the flexibily
shown by arranging two short stays in two of your apartments.
Everything that was pre-arranged went exactly to plan. Thank you.
Marco even checked at the end of our stay that we had a good stay.
The apartment was exactly as it was described on the internet and
the pictures on the site were up-to-date and helped with our
decision making. The apartment was clean, airy and very light,
decorated to a high standard and very comfortable throughout.
The fact that the apartment was four floors up and central meant
that we spent hours in the apartment with all doors and windows
open enjoying the sunshine. We were above the noise from the street
that could not be heard, and we made use of the lift so we hadn't
to walk up and down the stairs.
We could look out over the roof tops to see various tourist sites,
and although the Duomo's bells rang in unison with another
church's bells, it's something after the first time
we looked forward to and enjoyed.
Although very central, the apartment did not suffer from a
noisy or busy atmosphere.
The fact that we found a "Tratorrie" opposite the front door that
served the best traditional sausage and beans which we kept re-visiting.
For us the apartment was perfect. Please accept our rating of 5.
Yours sincerely
Craig, Nicky and Hayden <...>
Although not stated elsewhere, we are all
more than happy should you wish to use any of our comments.

Dear Roberto
Apartment A124 (21/10 - 23/10/06)
We would wish to thank you allowing us to have a
short stay at the apartment, and allowing us to
come from the airport in the middle of the night.
The fact you always quickly responded to our
queries via the e-mail, was happy to take our
calls from the airport and meet us
at the apartment at 2.30am made our lives
so much easier and we do not know any other
organisation offering such a service.
Second to none.
The apartment itself was clean, and we found it
measured up to the descriptions given on the web-site.
The apartments hidden treasures that were a delight
were in finding a book-case laden with so many
different books, maps and local information as well
as an ornate ceiling in the living room
that gave a certain Renaissance feel to the place.
There was a nice sized outdoor area accessable
through doors from the living room.
From arriving in the night, we knew we were in Italy
when we walked through the doors and woke up
in the apartment. Please accept our rating of 4.
Yours sincerely

Hello Roberto,
This is Kathy and daughters back home in California.
We want to thank you for your hospitality and to tell you how much
we enjoyed the beautiful apartment on Via Alfani.
We almost felt like we were living in a museum with the wonderful ceilings,
but at the same time we were so comfortable and felt like it was our
little home in Florence.
The location was perfect; we were happy to have the David as our 'neighbor'
and we surely used the grocery store around the corner that you told us about.
We took long walks every day and enjoyed several museums, many gelato shops,
the little shops in the neighborhood, friendly people, etc.
The weather was great, the scenery even better, we could go on and on.
Thank you again for helping to make my
daughters' first visit to Florence so very Special.
Ciao from the <...> family

Re our recent stay, the location just a few yards from the
Ponte Vecchio bridge was fantastic and parking in the underground
car park opposite was very easy, we walked everywhere we
needed in Florence.
The apartment was a 4 on your scale which was very good.
We had a wonderful time
Thank you very much

Roberto
We had a fantastic time while in Fierenze.
The apartment was perfect and having Air conditioning
in each room was great, and necessary.
Although much different than homes in America
the apartment was perfect.
We loved the decorating and furniture.
Thanks for a great trip,
Michael

Dear Roberto,
Our rating would be average, the bed was squeaky and
a couple of times we had to reset the electricity as
the power cut out.
It was however a good location and would be very nice
if a little money were spent to decorate the bed room.
Your may publish this response.
Thank you for asking for feed back this is a good idea.
Thank you again we enjoyed our time in Florence.
Regards

We were in Apt. A333 and have the following comments.
Good points: Financial Arrangements - low deposit taken
via credit card, all inclusive price, refund policy;
centrally located within walking distance to all sites,
comfortable roomy apartment, offer to let us
store our luggage the last day was greatly appreciated
Negatives: We are a family with young children, so for us the
neighborhood was very noisy on Saturday night;
due to the touristy area, we found it hard to locate
a true grocery shop, a map of some local shops would be a help;
it would be nice if just a few nonperishable staples were stocked
such as salt/pepper, dried seasonings, olive oil, vinegar, etc.
- these are difficult to bring from overseas or to buy in small
quantities and make a rental kitchen far more usable and enjoyable.
All in all, we truly enjoyed this rental.

Dear Sig. Redi,
You may definitely use my review.
Our stay in Florence was wonderful.
Your apartment at <...> Via Degli Alfani was excellent.
It is roomy, very clean, well-stocked kitchen
and modern bathrooms, with an excellent
location in Florence.
Close to many restaurants and within walking distance
to the D'Uomo, the Uffizi and especially, the
Museum Accademia, where David lives in all his spendor.
It was the best place we stayed in Italy.
I loved the access to the outside portico,
I enjoyed sitting out at night and in the early mornings,
before the rush of the day.
I will be returning to Florence in 2 years
with my parents and will be contacting you
for the same accomodation.
